Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  • Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

  • Pack the item securely and send it back within the 30-day return period.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
